How Soon Will I Get My Order?

Our funny products are not "off the shelf" items, each item is made just for you upon your order. Processing Time is different than "shipping time". Processing Time is the time needed to create the actual item. Shipping Time is in ADDITION to processing times. Please plan accordingly when ordering time-sensitive gifts. Can I Add A Gift Note In My Package?

We're happy to pass on your good wishes to your gift recipient on the items that we produce in-house, however, for items that we use a production partner for, they cannot accommodate gift notes.

Will The Product Look Exactly Like It Does On My Computer?

Please note that the end product may or may not vary slightly in color due to the nature of each individual's computer monitor. Each monitor differs from one another thus light/colors display differently for each person. Using anti glare screen guards, etc can also skew how the color is portrayed on the screen vs how it looks in person.

Can I Return My Item?

Only non customized items can be returned. Returns must be made within a seven day window. The buyer is responsible the cost of the return postage. Returned items must be unused, have no damage and be in the original package. Refunds/credits for returns will not be given until the seller receives the item back inspects it for quality and deems it resellable. Personalized/customized items: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted. *Should you receive a product in error or if your order was damaged during shipping please contact us directly for assistance we are happy to work with you. Please report problems within 48hrs of receiving your item, photos will be required.

How Do I Report A Problem With My Order?

Please contact us via the Etsy messaging system to report any issues with your order. All claims must be made within 48hrs of delivery notice. Broken/damaged/incorrect product reports require photos of both the product and the outer packaging showing the damage or error in order to receive a replacement.

We ship to the address that is on the order form. Orders go into production rather quickly, therefore, we cannot guarantee any address changes once the order is in production. INCORRECT ADDRESSES: Use valid names and addresses. Once shipped address cannot be changed. Return to sender items due to a bad address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED: We cannot be held liable for any packages marked as 'delivered'. Refunds and replacements are not granted for 'delivered' shipments. The buyer is responsible for maintaining a secure mail receptacle, should you suspect mail theft please file a report with your local post office and police. Replacement can be purchased for full price.
