White borders are blank, unprinted spaces around the artwork, not separate cardboard mounts. Some designs already include white borders, as pictured. You can add or remove borders by leaving a note with your order. Adding a border reduces the artwork size - while keeping the overall print dimensions unchanged. Need a custom border size? Yes! Our wall art is commercially printed at high resolution to reproduce the texture, colour and vibrancy of each unique artwork. Unlike many print stores, we provide close-up images of each artwork so you can inspect the detail before purchasing. Please note that photographic clarity isn't always achievable at larger print sizes due to the limitations of camera technology. This applies to all print stores, not just ours. Many of our artworks incorporate painting, sketching and watercolour techniques, where visible texture and softer details are intentional rather than imperfections. Larger prints are best appreciated from a distance, as some details may appear less sharp when viewed very closely. Please review all listing images, including close-ups, before purchasing. Our prints are designed for indoor display, away from direct sunlight, moisture, water, dirt, pets, children and high-traffic areas where damage may occur. Like all printed artwork, exposure to UV light, sunlight and outdoor conditions can cause fading or wear over time — even with premium fade-resistant inks. UV protection helps slow fading, much like sunscreen protects your skin! For suitable unframed prints, products such as Krylon Clear UV-Resistant Spray in matte may provide additional protection. Always check compatibility and follow the manufacturer's instructions before applying. Alternatively, choose one of our framed prints, which include UV protection in the acrylic glazing.

Absolutely! All our art prints, framed wall art and stretched canvas prints come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, print quality and frame or canvas construction under normal indoor use. Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling or installation, or damage caused by direct sunlight, UV exposure, heat, humidity, water or moisture. For safe installation, we recommend suitable wall hooks, screws or anchors. Adhesive hanging strips (including removable strips) and flush mounting are not recommended, as they can restrict airflow, create pressure points and cause warping or moisture damage, which is not covered under warranty. Printed artwork may vary slightly in colour from images viewed on computers, tablets or smartphones due to differences in screen brightness, resolution and display settings. We carefully represent our artwork as accurately as possible, but subtle colour variations between screens and physical prints are unavoidable. Remember, digital screens are illuminated while printed artwork is not, so images may appear brighter on your device. Helpful tip: To estimate how your artwork will look in print, open a blank Word document or Google Sheet to display a large white area. Hold a sheet of white A4 or letter paper beside your screen and adjust the screen brightness until the two whites appear similar. This provides a rough indication of how printed colours may look in real life.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩?
The safest hanging method depends on your artwork's size, weight, framing and wall type. While we're happy to share general advice, we're not professional hanging or mounting specialists and cannot accept responsibility for installation. We recommend consulting a qualified professional to ensure your artwork is securely and safely mounted. Use appropriate wall hooks, screws or anchors suited to your artwork's weight and wall type. Adhesive hanging strips (such as 3M strips) are not recommended, as they may cause damage or affect warranty coverage. If you choose to use adhesive strips, carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions, including weight limits and surface requirements, to minimise the risk of failure. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by adhesive strip failure or yellowing associated with their use.

𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛?
No, our prints are not waterproof or water-resistant. Please keep them away from water and all forms of moisture so they can live long and happy lives! :)

𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙮𝙡𝙞𝙘?
Our framed wall art (excluding framed canvases) features crystal-clear acrylic (plexiglass) glazing. Why acrylic? It's lightweight, safer and more impact-resistant than traditional glass. In fact, acrylic can be up to 10 times more impact-resistant than glass! Although not shatterproof, it's far less likely to break during transit, helping your artwork arrive safely.
