Is there an option for non-pierced ears?

I offer gold- and silver-plated adjustable clip-on earrings (they're clip-on with a screw-back to tighten or loosen clip) for non-pierced ears. If you don't see the clip-on option for the earrings you'd like, just convo me to update the listing.

Can I order larger quantities than shown?

Yes! In most cases, larger quantities for weddings, bridal parties, reunions, etc are available. Just convo me to set up a custom listing or increase the inventory, but it may take me a few more days to fill your order.

Will I receive one earring or a pair of earrings if I order a quantity of 1?

You will receive one pair! (two earrings). However, I do offer a "JUST ONE" earring selection, where it's made pretty clear that the listing is for ONE EARRING ONLY. I'm also often willing to sell a single earring where usually I sell it in pairs. Just reach out to ask. It's usually 60% of the list price.

Where are minsuOne earring backs made?

Sterling and 14K gold fill French loop earring backs are made in the USA. 14K gold fill lever backs are made in the USA. Sterling lever backs are made in Italy.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping is non-refundable. Refunds of returned Items will be in full, minus original shipping charged. Refunds for orders shipped free will be processed in full minus $6.00 to cover a portion of original shipping and handling costs.

Is international shipping really that expensive

Yes, I'm afraid international postage is about US$20 per order, minimum. I'd prefer you not have to pay VAT or VOEC twice. Therefore, I purchase my postage through Etsy, which does not sell USPS First Class for a postal fee of about half the price. But I hope you'll consider minusOne for yourself and gifts, no matter where you call home.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns of jewelry in unworn condition in original packaging. Just reach out to let me know! Do you consider offers on items or haggling?

How fast do you ship?

I ship orders out in 1-2 business day2. Bracelet cuffs ship in 2-3 business days. If you have an event deadline, please let me know with a message through the Etsy system. (I often won't see notes about deadlines attached to orders until it's too late.) Sometimes I can expedite shipping, or suggest affordable shipping upgrades. If ever extended shipping times are in place due to a shop holiday, this information will be posted in my shop announcement.

EARRING BACKS

Ear wires are hypoallergenic lead-free and nickel-free 14K gold fill (GF), or .925 sterling silver.

Earrings from my shop have the choice of hinged lever back or simple French loop ear wires. Lever backs are great if you're always losing your earrings, but all earrings with simple French loops from my shop arrive with clear rubber clutches to prevent them from loss, too.

Lever backs have a 1/2" drop. French loops have a 1/4" drop.

Use the drop down menu to select your preference. (Ear wires will be made to match the pendants.)

Comfortable adjustable screw-back clip on earrings are available in silver or gold tone.

The pendants and chain for this piece are unfinished brass, which will darken with time and use. Brass doesn't respond well to water left to dry on its own or to chemicals like hair spray or perfume, but can be buffed again to a bright shine with a polishing cloth, simple soap and water, or a scrub like Bon Ami.
