Due to the customized nature of made-to-order products, most sales are final. We are happy to work with you before you order to make sure you make the right choice. If there is any type of production defect, I will absolutely replace the item with valid proof of defect. In addition, if the thread comes undone, happy to re-saddle stick. Just send the item back to me and I will get it fixed. If do accept a return, a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied. Items must be in a new condition with no signs of wear or use. ie. watch straps must have no blemishes. I am a single leather worker, not a big box store so thank you for your understanding.

I can accommodate custom orders, but not all. Please contact us with your request to discuss. We may ask for a Custom Order deposit to begin the custom design. The deposit covers the time to design your custom order and the deposit will go towards the final price.

Our wallets are made with Vegetable Tanned Leather from Wickett & Craig. They are a world premiere vegetable tannery in the USA. Veg Tan is a natural, eco-friendly process using organic tannins in bark and leaves. Over time it will uniquely darken and develop a glazed surface known as a patina. Leather is natural material so not all sides are the same. Markings and thickness vary per item. I do my best to work around these imperfections but each item unique as well. We use Ritza 25 "Tiger" thread to stitch all products. It is 100% polyester and lightly waxed making it UV resistant and dependable. The below leather colors have a glossy finish: -Buck Brown -Brown -Russet The below leather colors have a matter finish: -Black -Olive
