Most items will take 3-5 business days to make. However, please refer to the listing for more details because this time may vary. Please note that the "ship by" date is not equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.

Customization depends on the item. Please leave the details for the customized order in the notes at checkout if it is not an option in the drop down menu on the listing. If there is something you would like changed that is not given as an option please feel free to request it either before you purchase it, or in the notes at checkout. I am happy to do what I can to make the perfect item for you. If the changes are going take much extra time, or more materials there may be an additional fee. However this will be discussed with you, agreed upon, and payment collected prior to my creating the item.

Deciding on the perfect size may be tough, but here are some general size guidelines to help you out.

Standard sizes for a necklace is between 16"-18"
Suggestions for Necklaces:
Petite - 15"
Small - 16”
Medium - 18”
Large - 20”
Plus size - 24 +"

Standard sizes for a bracelet is between 6"-8"
Suggestions for Bracelets:
Extra Small Petite 5.5-6.5"
Petite - 6.5 -7"
Medium - 7.5-8"
Large - 8-8.5"
Plus size - 9"

Most listings will mention the size the item comes in, or it will have options provided in the drop down menu. If you do not see the size you are looking for in a particular item please feel free to ask. There may be a small charge for adding extra chain to a necklace, or increasing the size of another item.

A card with basic argentium silver care instructions and a cloth will be included in most orders. You may clean any fingerprints or tarnish from your silver or gold with the provided cloth. If your jewelry has had a patina intentionally added to give dimension, please be aware that any cleaning you do may remove this as well. Wearing your jewelry regularly will allow the oils from your skin to add a natural barrier that will help protect the jewelry from tarnish. Put your jewelry on after doing your hair, makeup and spraying on perfume as these chemicals may damage the metal and the stones. Do not sleep in, shower, swim, or use household products while wearing your jewelry as sweat and chemicals may damage your jewelry.

If your jewelry has gemstones please be extra careful. All stones react differently to chemicals, even water, cloths or brushes. Some stones like pearl, opal, emerald and turquoise, are delicate. Soft or porous gemstones can scratch or be damaged easily. Opals may soak up more water altering their appearance or reducing it's "fire." Thermal shock causes damage. Jewelry cleaners are not meant to be used on all jewelry. This topic is much too broad for me to explain care for each type of stone. Please be careful and be informed before you do anything besides wiping it down with a soft CLEAN cloth like flannel (household dust can even scratch some stones). If you do need to use water wipe with damp cloth, then wipe dry immediately.

All items will come nicely packaged in an MK Jewelry branded gift box. If you would like it gift wrapped with a note added as well I am happy to do so. Just select that option at checkout and tell me what you would like to say. I do not include an invoice with the package so your jewelry is ready to be gifted as soon as it arrives.

Unless otherwise stated the piece pictured is a sample. Most items will be made to order at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of handcrafted items and natural gemstones your item may not look exactly like the item pictured, but I promise it will be just as beautiful! Please allow for the natural variations in color shape and size if your item includes a stone. These differences make your item completely unique to you and naturally a one of a kind.

Packages shipped by USPS can only be tracked until they leave the USA. Tracking won't update again until delivery. When the status indicates it is "frozen" it is still traveling, just no longer within the US.

Items are occasionally delayed in customs within your country. Please remember that we have no control over those delays. Some countries charge VAT, GST or other duty charges for international packages. Please understand that these are charges placed by your government that we have no control over. These are fees that you must pay. I will not mark the shipment as a gift to avoid fees. These are NOT extra shipping charges. You are responsible for knowing your own country’s customs and duty policies and paying those fees.
