The Summer blanket is beautiful and comfortable. This is a classic everyday blanket for a baby or child. The blanket is knitted in one piece. The sizes are perfect for a carrycot, stroller, or crib. The blanket knitted of cotton yarn perfect for summer.

Sizes and finished measurements:
Baby – 30x31 inches/76x80 cm
Crib – 30x36 inches/76x92 cm

Note: Pictured size Crib 30 inches by 36 inches/76 cm by 92 cm.

Gauge swatch:
21 stitches x 29,5 rows in texture pattern on U.S. 4 (3,5 mm) needles = 4x4 inches/10x10 cm.

Suggested needles:
U.S. 4 (3,5 mm) circular needle with 24-32 inches/60-80 cm cable or the required needle size to obtain gauge.

Suggested yarn:
DK (11 wpi) weight yarn (Cotton – 53%, Viscose – 33%, Linen – 14%; 50g (1.76Oz) = 131 yds (120 m) approx: Baby (30x31 inches/76x80 cm) – 350 g (917 yds/840 m); Crib (30x36 inches/76x92 cm) – 400 g (1048 yds/960 m). Drops Belle Uni Colour (color: mauve - 16) used.

Materials needed: cable needle; scissors; tapestry needle or hook (for weaving in the ends)
