2. Write your full name (first and last name) in the personalization field and purchase the article

3. After the purchase, please send a picture of your pet via Etsy message. If you don't have an Etsy account, you can send your picture by email to "dani.affi@gmx.ch"

Done — We will print your pillow as fast as possible and sent it directly to your home! :)

Due to the fact that we have to print every custom order separately, we need between 1-3 Business days until your pillow is ready for shipping.

After your order is ready, we will ship it directly to your home. Shipping time see here:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges and refunds due to quality-related issues. (If the product has visible quality issues)

We DO NOT exchange or refund products because you ordered the wrong size, etc. Our size chart is very accurate, if you follow the measurement instructions provided with it.

This is because we are a very small shop and make all our products on order. Unfortunately, we don't have the capacity to handle & store exchanges.

If you want to exchange or refund a product because the size doesn't fit or you just don't like the product, there are 2 Options:

1. Exchange: You can reorder the product, and we will offer you a 50% coupon code. (You can keep the product which you want to exchange — you don't have to send it back)

2. Refunds: We will send you a refund, worth 50% of the total price.

The pillow is beautiful! I’m so pleased. This was a birthday gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it!! If you’re thinking of purchasing this pet pillow, you won’t be disappointed. It’s a wonderful way to have a keepsake of a beloved pet. The pillow cover quality is better than I expected. It’s a heavyweight canvas type material and the picture quality is outstanding.
