🍂🍁 November's Sanctuary ☕😽

There are times when our intuition tells us to do something that doesn't seem to make any logical sense 🤷‍♀️

We've got loads of tasks that need to get done — work to catch up on, people to see, and errands to run...

Yet, our intuition tells us to take a pause.

To retreat into our sanctuary for a day, hour, or even just a few moments to catch our breath.

To take some time for introspection so we can fill our own cup before heading out into the world to fill others' cups.

For me, today was one of those days.

I, admittedly, at times fall into lower vibrations of overwhelm, stress, and anxiety whenever I feel I have "too much" on my plate.

I swiftly go from being unattached to the outcome, being in flow, and trusting myself & the Universe...

To being in attachment, resistance, and fear.

Balancing our energy among our priorities is a fine art — an art that I'm getting the hang of, but one that still evades me at times.

So, today, instead of listening to logic and pushing myself to "get things done"...

I decided to get into my creative zone and complete this pen & ink drawing 🖋️

I, then, decided to go for a walk in the park on this brisk, November day 🌬️🍂

I saw multiple Red Breasted Robins chirping & hopping about, one stunningly beautiful Blue Jay, and three Ducks swimming in the creek 🦆💦

To my surprise, I also saw dozens of trees yielding bright red berries and a blueberry bush that I had never noticed before.

Every time I go out into Mother Nature, I'm filled with peace, calm, and gratitude for not only the beauty that my eyes behold, but the stark reminder that Nature doesn't toil, force, or worry...

And, yet, everything is accomplished at its appropriate time.

Trees take root, flowers blossom, and birds fly.

As humans, we often forget this truth — that, while not without its due challenges, achieving our dreams does not need to entail force, strife, or non-stop action.

Sometimes, in fact, NOT doing is what will most propel us and our goals forward.

So — whether it's one day per week, or one hour per day — take a break.

Retreat into your sacred sanctuary to re-balance your energy, connect with your Higher Self, and align yourself with your true intentions.

Snuggle up with your fur babies under a cozy blanket, light some candles, sip a cup of hot coffee, sling a few Tarot cards, and pray to the Goddess 😽🕯️☕

Everything will get accomplished in its time.
