This knitted wool Christmas stocking is super easy to make. It can also be personalised. The pattern shows you how to stylishly personalise it. Size - 60 to 65cm long and weighs 500g.
You can knit your own super chunky heirloom Christmas stocking and save so much on buying a ready made. It has no seams and is knitted in the round with super chunky wool. Such a pleasure to knit - as it's very thick and tactile and develops so quickly on your needles.
THIS IS A PDF PATTERN ONLY! No materials are included. The pattern describes all the materials and tools you'll need. It contains the basic pattern PLUS a few variations on it to achieve multiple designs.
The pattern also includes a lot of pictures of the various stages of the knitting process so you don't get confused even if you are a beginner.
Level - the pattern, level of explanation and the detailed pictures provided are aimed both at the intermediate knitter and a beginner who knows the purl and knit stitches and are willing to watch a few videos on how to knit in the round on double pointed needles!

NOTE: I use Jumbo and Mega chunky and Super chunky as synonyms. This is a one size pattern for a finished stocking that is 65cm long from top to tip. All pictures shown are of the same stocking in same size as pattern describes just in a variety of colour styles and designs. The child holding the stocking is 1.3 m high hence the stocking he is holding (65cm) is half his size and comes up to his waist.
