Do you offer upper case letters for a, e, i, n, and y for your Doodle Letters Alphabet With Transparent Inside Bundle and other listings similar to it?

If they are not pictured in the listing, I do not. The complete alphabet is always shown in the pictures featured in the listings prior to purchasing. This alphabet style and others similar to this set are my hand drawn letters and there are no variations of them. Most customers purchase them and use them in the along with the other letters in the sets that would be considered uppercase from a technical standpoint. This is my artistic interpretation of the alphabet and I have found the style of these alphabet sets is why many customers have purchased them. If you would like set of alphabet letters that would be all considered uppercase from a technical standpoint, I have a few listings with other styles offered in complete alphabet sets.

Can you help me figure out or tell me how to put digital paper and/or backgrounds in the transparent alphabet I purchased?

While I would love to be able to help everyone and have working knowledge every software program on the market that is capable of completing this with the files I create and sell, I cannot do so. As stated in my listings, please be aware of how to manipulate these types of files prior to purchasing as all sales are final, no exceptions.

The word I want to spell with the alphabet I already purchased from your shop has a repetitive pattern and I don't like how it looks. Can you make another letter with a different pattern or refund me?

While I try to accommodate requests from customers and have added variations to some alphabet sets, I cannot offer this or guarantee that I can fill these requests. And I do not offer refunds, no exceptions. The complete alphabet being purchased in a listing is always pictured in its entirety prior to finalizing your purchase.

Can I use your files to create and sell digital products?

No, there are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

Can I sell transfers of your designs?

Yes, but you must purchase an extended use license in my shop. These licenses are excluded from discount codes. Please make these under a separate purchase if you wish to use a code to discount other designs you purchase. If you use a discount code on an extended licensing purchase, you will be responsible for the remaining amount, including any addition taxes.

Can you customize this design for me or create a custom design?

Please do not make any purchases for custom requests from VooDooRubyArt without me notifying that your request has been completed and is currently listed for purchase. I only take commissions or do customizations as time allows.
