Very unpleasant experience. Even though I liked the saree itself, the blouse stitching was extremely incompetent. I provided measurements according to seller's instructions, and lots of comments I usually give when altering a ready made blouse, and I sent a photo of my measurements taken by a tailor in India, to help the seller out. They should have said they don't understand the measurements and send the fabric only. The blouse I got was 10cm (!!!) too small in the bust (109cm vs. 99cm), too short in length and had shorter sleeves than I asked. All this suggests it was a ready made blouse advertised as a bespoke item. The seller was very responsive, but I think they just tried to tire me down. I did accept a refund to cover stitching of a new blouse, but they refused to pay for new fabric, and I can't make it before my event.

Thank you for the feedback and accepting the refund!! The blouse was created based on the measurments provided, and once concerns were raised, we issued a refund as you suggested.We consider this matter handled fairly. We would also like to clarify that adequate margin was intentionally kept in the blouse to allow for standard alteration (which is clearly visible in the photo).This was communicated multiple times during our discussions; however alteration was not pursued before opting for a refund.
