If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your package. We will provide you instructions to mail your package back to us at your expense. A full refund will be issued for the item, less shipping. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. In the event that an item is returned in poor condition, Ash & May reserves the right to deny a full refund of the item.

DELAYED & DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once the package is shipped, the delivery timeline is beyond our control, and we are not responsible for delivery delays. Please order well in advance during holiday seasons. If a package is delivered damaged, please contact us and we will send a replacement package.

If we receive a package that was "Returned To Sender”, we will contact you for an updated address and re-ship to you. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. If there is no reply within 7 days, the order will be cancelled with a full refund for the item, less shipping.

CONFIRMED DELIVERY BY CARRIER

As long as the mail carrier has confirmed successful delivery, we will deem the item as delivered. If you did not receive it, please contact the carrier to locate the package.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply at their country's borders. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or issues with mail carriers.
