We inform the buyer in 24 hours upon the order about the measurements needed for manufacture, so if you place an order for the Full Body Harness or Leather Garters please check you e-mail for the message.
In case if it is not possible to provide the measurements, we make the order according to the specified size from our table.
But if it is possible to specify individual measurements, it would be better to do it.

Avoid any contact with water, sharp or hard objects, and chemicals:

solvents
gasoline
shoe polishers

Note that the color of the items may slightly differ because of lighting and monitor settings.

At additional charge we can send the goods via express delivery - UPS or DHL, which takes from 3 to 10 business days.

Cancellation:
- You can cancel the order within two days after its placing with a full refund.
- In the case the cancellation is issued when order is confirmed, we refund you 50% of the order value due to production costs.

You must return the item in their original complete packaging

When it is not possible to return and exchange goods:
- by reason of hygiene
- the item does not sit on your figure, as shown on the photo with the model
- you do not like the item to the touch
- the thickness of the item does not suit you
- the accessory is pre-worn by you;
- the accessory has signs of wear; items is shiny
