☹️ WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?

Please note that - under EU laws - you cannot cancel orders of digital items. More information can be found on the Belgian site of the European Consumer Centre https://bit.ly/3zO7lcQ (scroll to the bottom to read about digital items). However, I will refund and cancel your order, if you have not yet downloaded the files, or, if you have unwillingly made a duplicate order. Please be aware of my policies before making a purchase and contact me directly if you have any concerns. I am happy to help answer any questions you may have!

🖨️ HOW SHOULD I PRINT MY DOWNLOADS?

Not all items are meant for printing. PNG files such as embellishments, photo masks, transfers, overlays and paint or ABR files are meant for use in digital projects. These instructions are for printable items only: > Please make sure to print the file at “actual size”, NOT fit to page. > Keep in mind that the colors on the monitor may differ from the printed item due to various reasons from printer quality to screen collaboration. > If there is an issue with the color of your print, please consider consulting your printing shop for advice. I cannot provide technical support as printing can vary between vendors, device and print page set-up.

📋 WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF USE?

All images and designs are copyrighted and property of A Whimsical Adventure. They are for personal use only, unless otherwise mentioned. A LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE license for photographers, scrapbookers for hire, fine artists, crafters or web designers is available for each product, the link is in the 'USAGE & COPYRIGHT' section of the description. PERSONAL CRAFT PROJECTS & HANDMADE ITEMS can be sold online or at local fairs without purchasing an additional license, but ONLY if it is a unique, one of a kind, physical and handmade item (like a junk journal) and if you credit A Whimsical Adventure in your videos and listings. A detailed description of my TOU is available on my website http://www.on-a-whimsical-adventure.com/tou/

📥 HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE SENT TO ME?

I sell digital items, no physical items will be sent to you. After completing your digital order, you will see a 'View Your Files' link which will lead to your 'Downloads' page. From here, you can immediately download your order. More information here: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949. Usually every computer has built-in unzipping software. After you have downloaded your files, double click the file or right click and choose 'extract' or 'unzip'. If you do not have unzipping software installed on your computer, then you can do it online, through this link http://unzip-online.com/Zip

💾 CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

No. All products in this shop are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Digital downloads cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or withdrawn once the files have been made available. For EU buyers: Etsy asks you to acknowledge at checkout that you lose your right of withdrawal when the digital content becomes available. If something is genuinely wrong with the listing or the files, please contact me. I’ll always take a fair look and decide on the best solution.

💰 CAN I SELL MY PERSONAL CRAFT PROJECTS AND HANDMADE ITEMS?

✅ YOU CAN print and use my designs for personal craft projects and handmade items that you sell. Resizing and recoloring to suit those projects is allowed. You may sell these items online or at local fairs without purchasing an additional license, BUT > ONLY if it is a unique, one of a kind, physical and handmade item (like a junk journal); > YOU MAY NOT sell my designs as is, you must make something new with them; > YOU MUST CREDIT A Whimsical Adventure in your videos and listings. ❌ YOU CANNOT use my designs in digitals that you sell. 🛎️ GENERAL PRODUCT SAFETY REGULATION (GPSR)

All products in this shop are digital downloads intended for creative use, such as scrapbooking, journaling, or other craft projects. To my knowledge, these files do not contain any harmful or hazardous content. As no physical items are included, there are no inherent safety risks associated with the products themselves. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for how files are used after download, including but not limited to printing methods, materials chosen by the customer, or any third-party services involved in production. Customers are responsible for ensuring their own materials and tools are suitable and safe for use.

✍️ WHO DESIGNS THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR SHOP AND DO YOU USE AI?

I design all products in my shop. Some are made entirely without AI; others include AI-assisted artwork. Many of my mixed media kits contain both elements I created myself without AI and elements generated with AI. When using AI, I develop the ideas, colors and style, experiment with prompts, make adjustments along the way, and carefully choose what goes into each collection. I then edit all AI-generated artwork in Photoshop, adjusting colors, sharpness, textures and other details. My designs are sold on Etsy, Oscraps and Digital Scrapper. If you find them on Temu, AliExpress or eBay, they are unauthorized copies. Please don't buy from these sellers.
