4. Compare your measurement to our available sizes: 7.5 inches, 8 inches and 8.5 inches.

Please keep in mind that these sizes are general guidelines, and some people may find that they prefer a slightly tighter or looser fit. If you want a more tight fit to choose one size smaller and if they want a more loose fit to choose one size bigger.
