I have asked that cancellations be requested within 2 hours of purchasing. This is because sometimes I am able to post the same day as the order is placed. However, if I haven't already posted the order I am happy to cancel after a longer period so please contact me to check if you would like to cancel. UK law requires me to provide a cancellation form for customers to cancel. The form is shown above and you can print it off and fill it in if you really want to although it is not necessary as you can just message me to request a cancellation and i will reply and cancel the order asap providing the order hasn't already been posted.

US orders - Will i have to pay customs duties or taxes on delivery

No. All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means I pay customs duties myself to royal mail before shipment. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
