We have 16x24, 18x30 and 24x36 doormats that are approximately 1/2 inch thick - please make sure to measure properly to ensure the item will fit in your space. We do not offer additional custom sizes at this time. Garden flags are available in 12x18 inch and 24.5x32 inches. They do not include a stand for hanging and have a sleeve for hanging, not grommets.

Caring for your doormat is simple — just shake (gently) or vacuum as needed! To extend the life of your mat, we recommend placing it in a covered, dry area and avoiding exposure to extreme weather or moisture. These mats are intended for decorative use. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery, including wear from water saturation or prolonged exposure to the elements. Garden flags and wall prints may be cleaned using a damp cloth.

All of our doormats are made from all-natural coconut fibers. They are biodegradable, compostable, and mold and mildew resistant. Each doormat is unique with varying coloration, and can have some darker spots due to thicker pieces of coir or darker fibers intertwined into the mat. Coir mats do shed slowly over time with wear. We offer blemished/imperfect mats at a deeply discounted rate to help reduce waste on our materials. By purchasing a blemished mat, you agree to its imperfections and we cannot offer a return or refund for these mats. Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to see an example of what a blemished mat may look like.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you're sending a door mat as a gift, please be sure to let me know! We are happy to include a note with the door mat. Gift wrap is available for an additional fee and can be added at checkout.

Custom and personalized orders

We are only able to offer mock-ups for custom orders once the order is purchased due to the number of inquiries we receive for custom orders. If you are looking to change/customize an existing mat in the shop, please contact us first. Any orders submitted from an existing listing that request parts be customized will be immediately refunded and you will be asked to submit a custom order request.

All items are shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy. There are 2 places during the checkout process for you to verify it is being shipped to the correct place. We are not responsible for items being returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package and you are responsible for additional shipping charges to reship an item. Most doormats are shipped using UPS (with the exception of those with PO Boxes). Smaller items ship USPS. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for mats damaged by weather or wear. Blemished mats are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund.
