All of our pieces are hand-measured end-to-end (including clasp, charms, etc.)

⬩ Grab a piece of string, floss, etc. and wrap this around your neck (or a flexible measuring tape!). Hold it where you would like your necklace to sit on your chest.**
⬩ Keeping this length, measure it against a ruler.
⬩ If you're in-between sizes, round up to the nearest half-inch or whole-inch for a more comfortable fit.

**For chokers specifically, measure your exact neck size instead. Then, add 1/2 an inch or 3/4 of an inch to this size so you have enough breathing room, and it's easier to clasp!

We strive to use only authentic, high-quality gemstones and metals. In addition to purchasing from reputable suppliers, we personally check all of our gemstones and metals for authenticity using various rudimentary in-house tests. Material transparency and authenticity are so important to us, so we will always disclose any known stone treatments, metal types, etc., in our listing descriptions!

M E T A L S ▸ Sterling silver (.925) and 14k gold filled (GF). Gold filled is made by physically bonding a layer of solid gold (14k gold in our case) to a base metal core (typically brass). As a result, it's much more durable than traditional gold plated materials.

We're so thrilled you're eager to receive your piece! LUNNARUS jewellery is handmade from scratch when we receive your order, and customized to your specific length. As all of our pieces are handmade-to-order, we don't have a ready-to-ship inventory!

Don't sweat it! While we always recommend measuring in advance, we understand sizing for online purchases can be challenging, and we'd love to help you get the perfect length.

Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery via Etsy messages so we can begin a resize or exchange. Alternatively, we can ship you a removable extender to make your necklace adjustable in length! (We simply ask that shipping costs are covered!).

Gold filled is typically well-behaved, but we know sterling silver can be a bit high maintenance, especially for those unfamiliar with sterling! Please refer to the detailed care guide included with your piece for lots of helpful tips and tricks. Yes! We make each and every piece to order by hand. From cutting the wire needed to create our signature wire-wrapped end details, to soldering jump rings, your pieces are constructed and packaged by us from start to finish in our home studio in Ontario, Canada.

It's an anti-tarnish tab! It helps absorb chemicals in the air that cause sterling silver to tarnish. We recommend keeping this tab and storing it along with your sterling silver piece in an air-tight bag when not worn. Replacement tabs can be purchased from many retailers (including Amazon), and we highly recommend investing in these if you love sterling silver as much as we do!

//Stock? Our stock is dynamic as we hand make all of our items! As such, it's likely we can make more pieces than we have listed as in stock. If you need a certain number of pieces for gifts, bridal parties, etc., simply reach out to us with your desired number of pieces and we can double check if we have enough materials available, then we can adjust the stock available on the listing!
