My candle is marbleized in appearance- is it defective?

Not at all! Sometimes this is just the nature of soy. Your candle will burn/smell just as it should! Fantastic!

Are these glass jars recyclable?

Yes! Please recycle! I use easy to remove labels and glue dots for this very reason! They make cute containers for just about everything! Just hand-wash the lid & the jar can go in the dishwasher!

I live in a hot climate, wont this candle melt in the mail? Can I get it shipped any faster?

I actually have a shipping profile set up just for hot climates. It requires a signature for delivery, so your candle will never be left out in the sun! There is also a RUSH shipping profile set up as well, in case you cant wait to get your candle! Make sure to utilize these options during check-out :-)

I want to buy bulk candles with a custom label.. how do I go about this?

I've done candles for weddings, bridal showers, proms and business events! I usually need just a week's notice and I can make up to 500 customized candles for your event! Please send me a message under the contact shop owner section and let's get to talking!

I want to carry your items in my gift shop... do you have wholesale pricing?

Yes! I love being featured in small gift shops! Please send me a message using the contact shop owner section on Etsy!

Can I return my candle?

Yes! Any unused & unlit candles can be returned for their purchase price. Buyer must pay for return shipping costs, and refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the condition of item.

I want you to make me a custom scent, how do I go about this?

Send us a message! We'd love to make something just for you!

Great candle! Got this as a gift for my mom and it smells amazing. Haven't burned it yet because I'm giving it to her for Christmas, but I already know she'll love it!
