Lost postal packages/postal insurance

I ship most packages using USPS Ground Advantage unless Priority Shipping is purchased at checkout. Ground Advantage includes $100 in insurance, which covers packages that are lost or arrive damaged. Etsy also offers Purchase Protection for buyers. If it has been at least 12 days past the latest estimated delivery date and your USPStracking has not updated, please follow these steps: 1. Start a “Help with Order” conversation to let me know your package hasn’t arrived. 2. After 48 hours, open a case with Etsy to report the missing package. 3. Etsy will review the case and provide a full reimbursement if applicable. If you have any questions or need assistance with the process, please don’t hesitate to send me a message. I’m here to help!

Shipping and shipping time

My turnaround time varies throughout the year based on current order volume. I strive to be transparent, each item’s description includes both an estimated ship-by date and an estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only, and delays within the postal system are unfortunately outside of my control. If you need your order by a specific date, please feel free to reach out, and I’ll be happy to let you know if I can accommodate your request. What is hand stamping?

Hand stamping, also known as metal stamping, is a traditional technique in which a steel stamp with a raised letter, number, or symbol is struck with a hammer to create an indented impression on metal. Because this process is done entirely by hand, each piece carries its own unique character. Slight variations in letter spacing, alignment, and depth are natural and part of the charm of handcrafted work.

At this time, I’m unable to offer cancellations. Since all items in my shop are made to order, and orders may begin processing the same day they are placed, cancellations aren’t always possible, especially once materials have been prepared or production has started. I kindly ask that you review all item descriptions and delivery estimates carefully before placing an order. My necklaces, bracelets, and anklets are available in multiple lengths to help you find the perfect fit. For the most accurate sizing, I recommend measuring your wrist for bracelets and your ankle for anklets: BRACELET: Add approximately .25” - .5” to your wrist measurement for a comfortable fit. Some beaded bracelets with larger beads may require adding up to 0.75”. ANKLET: Add approximately .5” - .75” to your ankle measurement for a comfortable fit. If you still need help message me. :)

What is USPS Priority shipping upgrade?

A USPS shipping upgrade does not shorten the time it takes me to make your order. My items are handmade and made to order, so the processing/turnaround time remains the same regardless of the shipping method selected. Reach out if you need by a certain time.

Are proofs sent before shipping?

No, I do not send proofs or photos for approval before shipping. Most of my items are hand-stamped individually by me, using a steel stamp and hammer, so each piece is made by hand. Sending proofs or photos of completed orders takes additional time and would add extra steps to the production process. To help keep orders moving as efficiently as possible, I do not send proofs before shipping. Please carefully review your personalization details before placing your order, as I use the information provided with your order to create your item.

CLEANING & CARE:

This necklace can be worn in water occasionally, but frequent exposure, salt water, or chlorine is not recommended. After getting wet, rinse with cool fresh water and dry completely. Excess water exposure may cause water marks and fading of the black enamel.
Avoid wearing while sleeping (strangulation hazard).
Polish gently with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth if needed.
Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
