What is a subliminal

A subliminal is defined as stimuli that received at a level that lies under the capability of our senses, such as sight and hearing. When you receive a subliminal message, you can’t detect it or notice it, but it has its effect on your brain nonetheless. All of which send a signal to your brain on a level your conscious mind doesn’t pick up on.
It’s repeating the same affirmation over and over in a way that cannot be detected or notice by your conscious, but subconscious does pick it up. If the same subliminal messages are sent frequently enough this will lead to a new belief system. The only difference is that the shift comes naturally, from within!
We have been programmed our minds all of our life’s, most of the time without knowing it. This is where subliminal can help to change some of our belief system. Hardly without any effort.
By Listening to specific subliminal message consistently until you subconciouness beliefs to be true it will have a profound effect in your life. I.e. shift in your belief system.

WHAT GOES INTO EACH SUBLIMINAL

I handcrafted each subliminal mp3s using a 3-part system. I combine a 3 step subliminal mp3

1. Binaural Beats.
2. Subliminal Messages.
3. Stereo confusion.... subliminal message delivery techniques to ensure you get the most effective subliminal recording possible.

Binaural Beats

All of my mp3 include a binaural beat backing track, a specially-generated sound piece that helps put the mind into a relaxed and receptive state.
Binaural beats work by sending two slightly different tones to each ear. The frequency difference between the tones is created inside the head as a "binaural beat." Initially take the mind into a relaxed and receptive state.

Subliminal Messages

The low volume of the messages means the conscious mind cannot comprehend the content, but the subconscious can, so you start to program your mind the way you want and to create your reality.

Stereo Confusion.

This process involves sending different subliminal messages to the right and left ears simultaneously, at low volume. The conscious mind simply switches off to this information: it cannot identify the two individual messages. The data is instead passed onto the subconscious mind.
The "stereo confusion" technique also means that I send double the number of messages direct to the subconscious mind.

Do not use the binaural beats or nature sound tracks while driving or operating machinery.
