Custom and personalized orders

I do custom orders just use the 'request custom order' button and I will add you to my list. They are made on a first come, first served basis. Custom size orders are 'no charge'/ custom design orders are 'no charge' or $2.00 extra depending on the complexity. There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders but please let me know if there is a problem and we can try to work it out.

our hats fit average size heads (21"- 23" in circumference) I am happy to make you a custom size (at no extra cost). all items stretch a bit so it is best to have a tight fit at first.

what if I need a slight adjustment on my hat?

I can do that for you (shorten, lengthen, tighten,etc.) for a minimal charge depending upon the amount of work involved plus shipping is paid for by you.

I hand crocheted this docker cap with super soft Peruvian tweed wool...it measures 6" long with the cuff folded up (fitting just above your ears) and 7.25" with the cuff unfolded- this will fit (or stretch to fit) most average size heads (21"- 23" in circumference)...please contact me if you would like a custom size.
6"= 15.24 centimeters long
7.25"= 18.79 centimeters long
21"- 23"= 53.34- 58.42 centimeters in circumference

This hat is amazing, it's my second one and my first lasted so long after so much abuse ( winters in North Wisconsin are no joke ) that i had to get another, I have a drawer full of beanies but always come back to this one because its fit and function. I should have ordered two. Shipping was very fast, it arrived today with the first snow of the year.
