Offering a very old Victorian style vase, made in Japan. This small vase features raised cherubs or puttos (a representation of a children or cupids). There are green Christmas boughs with red holly berries at the top with blue bows and three brown handles. The glaze is a very pale green with lots of crazing under it, which adds to the character.

The bottom is stamped "Made in japan".

The vase stands 5" tall and the base is 2 1/4" across.

Condition ~ There is what appears to be a flat chip under the rim of the vase which you cannot see as it's on the INTERIOR of the vase. I only found this as I was running my finger along the inside of the rim. Also, what may look like a chip at the base (in the photos) is actually just the way the brown paint was done ~ it looks like the artist wavered a bit.

All in all, a gorgeous little vase!
