Tools required to hang: Phillips Screwdriver (It really helps if it is powered!) and a friend, although it is doable alone.

This shelf is a variation of my Zig-Zag Shelf (http://www.etsy.com/listing/63887105/zig-zag-bookshelf). The difference is that you can also hang this one on a wall. It will also fit atop any desk or tabletop and holds 15-35 books, depending on the size of the books.

The surface design of the metal is grinded aluminum. It has a really unique look, and tends to look like the metal is "dancing" in the light. Since I put the grinded texture on myself, each shelf's pattern is unique and a little bit different.

It hangs on the wall via brackets welded to the bookends, spaced to overlap the studs in your wall As soon as you put books on it, the brackets get hidden. Many first time viewers can't figure out how the shelf is hung. . It's sturdy and easily handles being completely full of books.

Hanging is easy, although it does require a power screwdriver. It should take no more than 20 minutes.

Because the surface on which the books sit is diagonal, you never have to worry about your books falling over; when one is removed, the rest slide into place.

Just as beautiful as I had expected and hoped. These shelves have been sitting in my cart forEVER and I finally had an a-ha moment on what I was going to do with them. I am now using the 3 sections on the shelf to subtly display my pride flags on the wall behind my desk. Now, I just need to read some more books with purple bindings. Thank you so much for the amazing work! I love it!! 😍 For install: Nine screw and anchor pairs later, these are some sturdy pieces. All hardware was included as well as a chunk of magic eraser to clean up the inevitable wall marks. It was definitely needed and worked well. Installing by myself took a level, tape measure, screwdriver, and a stud finder.
