Due to the personalized nature of most of my products, I keep a small stock but typically order the supplies to customize the day you place your order. Vendors, at times, have unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, I will communicate this to you as soon as I am made aware. If we are able to come to a mutually agreed upon resolution, we will continue with the order. If not, I will provide a full refund.

I will do my absolute best to accommodate earlier deliveries, however, some circumstances are outside of my control. As such, the seller is not responsible for delays from the shipping company. This is including but not limited to delays in expected delivery date. Shipping and processing times are estimates and vary based on demand.
