Each bell is unique and has been handmade with Iron by skilled artisans working for an inspirational Fair Trade organisation in northern India.

Sadly not. We work very closely with our Fair Trade communities to create and design all of our products. To try and make our process as sustainable and efficient as possible, we make each product in large quantities. For this reason, we do not accept individual bespoke orders for customers, sorry. We only have the products available as you see them advertised.

We usually dispatch orders on the same working day if we received them before 2pm UK time. If we need any additional information then we will contact you through Etsy, which can delay dispatch times.

UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or your chosen delivery method. Please allow up to 3 working days.

European and International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 7 working days for deliveries to Europe and 15 working days for worldwide orders.

Deliveries outside of the UK are subject to customs fees. We are unable to advise exactly how much this will be for each order. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for custom delays

Ordered the cream one, wasn't disappointed with the colour. Unfortunately it doesn't 'chime' atm where I have placed it in my kitchen courtyard (wanted to look at it from my kitchen window). Guess it will perform better in a different area of my garden. It is beautiful, and rustic being hand painted. Would make a nice present. Recommend

I ordered the small gold and the red bells. They are both perfect size, the ‘small’ gold is larger than I expected which is also perfect. Their sounds are exceptional. Delivery was very fast and the packaging is nice. You don’t find these items in a lot of places so if you want proper bells, grab these. We’re blessed by their arrival into our home.
