What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

We are a small family ran business and we love to take care of our customers on a one to one basis! No automated systems or talking to a representative that does not care about you, when you message us you will be talking directly to us! The owners!

How long does it take to get my order?

Each of our items has its own processing time. As a small family farm business, sometimes delays do happen but we always do our very best to prevent this kind of thing! Please make sure to pay attention to processing times of the item you are wanting to purchase. The processing time is usually the latest an item will be sent, many times we try to get your order out way before the the full processing date! If you have questions - send us a message!

What Should I Do If A Tree/Plant Arrives Damaged

We send out the best trees/plants we have per order. We only send our plants in good health. Unfortunately, (even though we send all live plants with priority fast shipping) can take way to long to arrive to you. Plants can only survive so long in the mail (without sunlight and care) sometimes packages are not in good shape and trees get damaged in the mail as well. We cannot file a claim to the post office for you. Please do not take this out on us or leave a bad review if this happens, it is out of our control. We know it is not your fault either. Please go online and you can file a claim for your items being damaged with the carrier. You will then get your money back from them for what you paid for the items.

Beat customer service and communication! I purchased these gloves for a Father’s Day gift. I asked if they could take a drawing my 2 year old did and a saying my 5 year old wrote and put engrave it on the back. My husband uses gloves everyday so finding a company that could add that personal touch is amazing. The gloves themselves are very soft on the inside and very comfortable. Not like other leather gloves that take “getting broken in” before they are comfy. I had tons of questions and needs and this company met every one of them and much more. Highly recommend them. As I will be using them for all my future business needs.

welcome to our Etsy shop! These work gloves are made to say and are 100% personalized just for you! You can let us know any text or clipart you would like added to your gloves when you place your order with us!

These are custom laser engraved leather work gloves. There is no ink involved to fade and disappear. A laser burns the design into the material so it is there for a lifetime.

Keep in mind, ANYTHING that is laser engraved, as well as any gloves, there will always be some residue that is left behind. We treat them with high-quality protectant before they go to you however if the mail is rough on them sometimes there can be a little bit of smear, this is not ink, this is just some extra burnt material that has fallen off. You can use a baby wipe to very gently clean anything like this off the gloves and it works great! Some companies may not tell you this, but we believe in being transparent and letting you know in advance just in case! Thank You!!
