All our items are handmade from broken, skated skateboard decks (7 ply hard canadian maple).
The colours are originally from skateboard deck.

You are responsible for knowing your ring size. You will receive the size listed on the original invoice unless a size change request was requested before shipping out the item. Due to the custom nature of the products sold in our store, there are no refunds offered on rings.

We offer free standard DHL shipping worldwide.

However, the shipping costs (6eur) are not refundable if the item is not claimed from a post, or the client provided the wrong information (the re-shipping fee is 3eur). This does not apply if the mistake was made by the post service or the seller.

*Oversized items do not qualify for Free Shipping and may have increased rates.

Typically we ship out orders within 48-72 hours (rings 3-4 days). However, during sales and holidays, you may need to allow up to 3-5 days before you see your tracking info update. While this is likely an overestimate, we are a small business and our team experiences a big influx of orders this time of year.

We have a 4 hours cancellation policy. Please contact us within that period to change your order. Once an order is placed, it is sent straight to production fulfillment and begins processing. Since we are a small team, processing cancellations would delay the shipping speed for all of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you haven’t received your tracking number yet, contact us ASAP—we may be able to make changes to the items on your order. Once we respond to your order change inquiry, please get back to us within 48 hours, otherwise, we will ship your order out as is.

Already received your tracking number? You can opt to return or exchange your order once you receive it.

All international orders are subject to local customs fees and are your responsibility to pay.

However, Etsy collects tax when you place an order so in most cases you don't need to pay anything when the package arrives.
