This is a Victor Costa warm brown velvet dress from the late 1960's or early 1970's. It features a low scoop neckline, long fitted sleeves and a gathered full skirt. The neckline and wrists have a small self fabric ruffle around the edges. It opens down the back with a well working zipper. There is a wide satin ribbon sash for the waist, but it's discolored and should be replaced. Can get ribbon at a fabric store. In great vintage condition, but the ribbon should be replaced. Comes from a smoke free home.
