Unless you choose other options, the legs are not specially coated, they are raw steel and prone to rusting. Finishing options are charged varyingly.

COLOR POWDER COATED:
If you choose your finishing option to be color powder coating, you can directly choose your desired color from the drop down menu. Color powder coating has a UV filter which ensures that the color will not fade even at outside weather conditions.

This table base is high quality, well made, and beautiful. It's strong enough to hold our 150 pound marble table top. The base is contemporary in style and is as described. It was easy to assemble and comes with rubber feet. Shipping was quick. I recommend highly.

The legs arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was substantial and actually diffiucult to remove--a good sign of how well the legs were protected during shipping. I have 2 criticisms. First, the screws were not packaged to stayt together and flew all over the place when the packaging was opened. Clearly these need to be packaged together so they don't spill all over when the package is opened. The second there were some scratches on the legs which were obviously there before the item shipped since there was no way they could have been scratched during shipment. Not a big deal but makes the legs less than perfect. And, clearly we are not sending it back to Turkey for refinishing. Other than that, the legs work well, the assembly takes 2 people but was pretty easy and they look great under our glass table top.
