All items are made to order, that is, the item is made when you order it. For this reason, cancellations or changing shipping address is only allowed for one hour after the order has been placed. After one hour the item goes into production and packaging and shipping label prepared. Due to the custom made nature of my products returns or exchanges are only allowed if there is a defect in printing or manufacturing. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is any problem so I can make it right. My business and customers are very important to me.

About how the items are made: T-shirts are premium Bella Canvas brand (or other premium model) and the design is printed using state of the art direct-to-garment printers. All other items are made from scratch when you order: my design is printed on the fabric or material and the item is then sewn together.

Shipping times cannot be guaranteed since there are many factors to consider (distance, natural disasters, postal strikes) but on average, items take 1-4 days to manufacture or print (Etsy is a handmade marketplace) and usually arrive to customers between 7-14 days from ordering. Other times take 10 - 18 to arrive after ordering. Again, these are just estimates based on averages. Tracking information is provided whenever possible (exceptions are some international orders).
