Why is there no tracking for orders under 10 eur?

All packages are sent by post Slovenia. Sending with tracking is quite expensive. Therefore I decided to reduce the cost of postage and give customers who order less than 10 euros to choose between whether they want a regular non-tracking shipment or a tracking shipment,, low-value shipments are sent by regular mail (without tracking), but the customer can still choose to send by tracking when completing the order. When you spend over 10 eur (approximately 12.20 USD / 15.5 CAD‎ / 9 gbp / 176,5 AUD...), the package will be automatically sent with tracking (I cover the rest of the shipping amount.)

Why can't I claim a refund, if I order for less than 10 eur?

You can only request a refund if you have chosen to send with tracking. By tracking we can monitor where the shipment is. In case it does not arrive at its destination, the return can be made.
