I do not see a shipping rate listed for my country. Can I still place an order?

We ship vintage & antique goodness worldwide with Tracking! Etsy message us for a quote if your locale isn't listed. Determining shipping cost in advance is tricky without knowing the destination in conjunction with weight/size & delivery speed/insurance coverage which is why shipping figures are estimates. Please note that 222nest cannot be held responsible for any loss/delay/damage during transit/pit stops/post-delivery! The included amount for Insurance is up to $100CDN, so please contact us if you need more. Shipping is always at Buyer's own risk (however, we pack things VERY carefully for transit). Shipping will be combined where possible when multiple listings are purchased + any overages refunded. Local pick-up is also an option.

How do you quantify VINTAGE condition terminology since it is immensely variable and quite often a matter of opinion/taste?

We do our best to describe & photograph our items as accurately as possible while clearly documenting any imperfections present to the naked eye commensurate with age above and beyond normal wear characteristics because we want you to be super happy with any transaction you decide to make. PLEASE keep in mind that these are vintage or antique items which in most cases have been PREVIOUSLY OWNED + ENJOYED so may show varying degrees of wear as they are NOT NEW. Potential Buyers are responsible for viewing all photos with zoom and evaluating Condition & Dimensions for themselves as well as asking any questions they may have to decide if the item is right for them PRIOR TO placing an order. Can I return a vintage (20 years +) or antique (100 years +) item?

Please note that due to the fragile and not-readily-replaced nature of most of our items & our very careful packaging of every order to ensure safe transit, it is not possible for us to accept Returns, issue Refunds, offer Exchanges or process Cancellations. If you need additional measurements or details prior to purchase, feel free to reach out as we are more than happy to help you make an informed decision. Will there be Tariffs, International Customs &/or Taxes?

Please be aware that depending on your location, your order may be subject to Tariffs, Import taxes &/or Customs fees. If levied, these costs are not already included in the shipping. Please contact your local Customs Office for more info as they vary from country to country. It is not possible for us to accept responsibility for these charges or for any customs delays. If the shipment is unclaimed or the fees are not paid, the package might be returned. We will be happy to ship your package again for payment of the second shipment cost plus a processing/handling fee of $50USD. When there is a CANADA POST STRIKE, how does it affect Free Shipping??

Unfortunately during a Canada Post Strike, all listings that state "Free Shipping" require Buyer to reimburse us the difference between what the Canada Post with Tracking shipping label would normally have cost and what the courier shipping label will cost (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, etc). We'll send you an Etsy message with the listing we create for your item's shipping shortfall amount the day you place your order which must be purchased right away so there is no delay for us in shipping out your order. As soon as the reimbursement is received, we'll go ahead and purchase the courier shipping label for your order and send it along! Please note that we are unable to offer Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges or accept Returns.

Are Fragile items insured in transit?

Shipping cost is unrelated to the cost of the item unless you're insuring it for full Fragile replacement. Fragile items are not covered by Canada Post's insurance program. Canada Post is how most items are shipped unless otherwise noted in the listing. Some couriers do offer insurance which covers damage to Fragile items, so if you'd like to be sure your fragile item is covered in the event of damage sustained while in transit, please contact me to request the addition of courier shipping with full Fragile coverage to your cost prior to purchase and we can adjust your price accordingly to avoid multiple transactions and delays.

Very cozy, snuggly and versatile. Warm enough to wear as a light jacket in spring/fall. Great for layering in winter as well.

No size label, however based on US women's size chart, I would peg this sweater to be a solid Medium - however please note that it is very stretchy so could easily be a Large quite comfortably.
