We understand that buying shoes online can be a difficult process. If the shoe does not fit or you are simply unhappy, as long as the shoe is UNWORN we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit. We are a small business, so cannot accept returns, and only accept exchanges if the shoe is UNWORN. For exchanges, shipping is to be paid by the purchaser.

These shoes are cute and the quality is also quite nice. Only thing is that they are quite long and make my feet look slightly bigger than they actually are which isn’t always the most flattering when it comes to foot wear 😅 however, I still love these shoes and how casually glamorous they are and can definitely tell I will be getting a lot of wear out of them, 4/5 🌟

Doesn't recommend this item

These shoes are gorgeous, super flattering and fit like a glove. I can tell they won’t take much to break in as they are close to perfect mould for my feet. I usually fluctuate between a 7.5/8 AU shoe size or 38/39 euro size and decided to go for the larger size (39) as recommended. However, I did buy another pair of shoes from this brand (same size) and noticed they were slightly larger. But if you’re like me when it comes to shoe sizes definitely better to go for the larger size to be on the safe side. Thanks Venturi, I very much look forward to pairing these beauties with so many outfits 🩶
