Our leather is sourced from Seidel Tanning Corp which is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Seidel Tanning is a fourth-generation, family-owned business that sources all of their hides from US domestic markets. They work to combine new and old techniques, use a combination of chrome and vegetable tanning, and make all of their leather to order. Seidel has worked with us to create the perfect formula for our leather, which has a unique and rugged look. This leather develops a nice patina with use, is durable, and resistant to color fading over time.

The apron is made of Milwaukee durable leather. This leather type is full grain cowhide has a very nice finish. It makes the leather resistant and durable. What makes Milwaukee leather even more special is unique distressed look. With use the wax on the surface is displaced which results in beautiful pattern particular for every apron.

🌟 HISTORY of our brand 🌟

It all started in 2014 in Ukraine as a hobby. We were looking for high quality perfect leather goods, so we decided to create them ourselves. When we had the opportunity to go to the United States, we decided the risk was worth taking. We settled in Mooresville, NC, and focused our attention on the business.

We started to develop our brand with a small team of two families, put our souls into our products and wanted to make the best product for our customers, to bring them our work, which can be assessed by the quality and durability of the product. Nowadays our team is people who help us create unique handmade items, people who motivate us to become better and create new, interesting and useful products.

The name of our company was OleksynPrannyk. (surnames of the company's founders). Since it was difficult for everyone to pronounce this name, we took 2 letters from each surname and named our brand - olpr.

Growing from a hobby to the business that it is today took a lot of work from all of us. We are proud to produce a wide variety of products, using materials ranging from heavy-duty textiles to leather and wood, each carefully designed and crafted so that we can share who we are with the world.
