When I get a refund if the product I ordered is damaged?

Under the retail laws we rightfully request the return of said product before issuing any refund or compensation. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders.

Why would the store cancel an order?

If we don't receive a response to an address error then we will cancel the order on the day that it is suppose to ship. We try multiple times to contact the buyer before making this decision.
