IS THE RESIZING FEE REFUNDABLE?
No. Separately purchased re-sizing fees cannot be refunded after the work is performed. Only the item's original purchase price is refundable.

◈ Step 2: We reply with full terms & put your desired item on 48-hour hold "Reserved" for you.
◈ Step 3: You purchase the "Reserved” downpayment listing, and this purchase constitutes full agreement with all layaway terms.
◈ Step 4: Each month your layaway payments will appear in our shop "Reserved" for you.
◈ Step 5: After all layaway payments are paid in full, your item ships quickly to you!

◈ All our gems are guaranteed to be natural, earth-mined gems as certified by our GIA Graduate Gemologists, unless otherwise noted in an individual item's listing.

◈ (i.e. listings of "Sapphire" always mean natural, earth-mined sapphire.)

◈ (i.e."Lab Created Sapphire" means the sapphire is chemically identical to a sapphire but our Graduate Gemologists identified the sapphire as created in a laboratory instead of mined from the earth.)

◈ It isn't always easy to tell the difference lab created and natural. Sorry, but you shouldn't believe it's a natural gem just because the internet listing, or even your local jeweler, says so. Be careful out there!
