Custom and personalised orders

Any design can be modified to feature text of your choice. In most cases you can add a name (family member / nickname), or a short message, such as who the gift is from, if required. The design will then be suitably modified to fit your text. Please notify us of such requirements via "Note to Seller" box at the checkout. Please make sure your spelling is correct when sending your personalised text. For items personalised with photos, for the highest quality print please use the original image from your camera / mobile phone. You can send your photos as attachments with a message on Etsy (up to 3 photos per one message), or alternatively please email any images to upyouravenue@aol.com.

How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?

Our orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days from when you place your order, not including weekends or public holidays. Small items, such as badges and cushion covers are dispatched Second Class Royal Mail for delivery in 2 - 3 days, for bulkier items, such as cushions with inserts, mugs and water bottles, courier will deliver your order in 2 - 4 days. Although the courier make all effort to deliver your item within this estimated time frame, it is not guaranteed. Please allow additional time for overseas orders. It is recommended to order at least 3 weeks prior to the date you wish to receive your item, to allow for any unforeseeable delays in transit.

What happens if I don't supply personalisation details with my order?

To avoid any delays to your order please supply all details needed for the personalisation of your item as soon as you place your order. If an order is placed and no details are provided, we will contact you first via Etsy, then via your email address (please make sure your contact details are up to date) and ask you for the details needed. Your order will be delayed for up to 5 days as we wait for your response. If you have not responded to our efforts to reach you within that time, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. You can then re-order our item and send your personalisation details with your order, if you wish.

Please check carefully the address that is on the receipt for your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that correct shipping address has been given with the order. Unless you notify us of change of address, we will post to the exact address attached with the order and will not be held responsible for shipping to a misspelled or incorrect address.
