Due to the custom nature of CUSTOM PRINTED products we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. There are no exceptions to this policy!

If you have questions about timing needed for the order, shipping method, size/measurements, etc --- you *MUST* ask these questions PRIOR to placing the order.

Once the order has been processed by our team, is sent to the printer, and is in production we *CANNOT* cancel the order, make any changes, or adjust the shipping method.

DEFECTS/ISSUES/DAMAGES
We do our best to inspect each custom printed order that is shipped to ensure there are no defects.

*If your item/print is defective, damaged in transit, or an incorrect it was sent to you in error - please message us on Etsy or email kawaiiprintsbyjen [!at] gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of product with the details of the defect along with photos (and videos in the case of a faulty zipper, etc.).

If you do not contact us within this time frame we reserve the right to deny an exchange of the defective/damaged/incorrect item. Please DO NOT use the defective products unless we instruct you to.
