All Silk Purse, Sow's Ear jewellery comes beautifully packaged with a handmade tag and little gift box as standard.

For those of you who are sending gifts straight to your loved one, we are happy to offer gift wrapping and to include a personal message from you in the package, printed on a sweet little hand-drawn notecard!

We will hand wrap your Silk Purse, Sow's Ear jewellery box in beautifully textured, biodegradable paper, and finish it with an eco friendly paper twine.

All our wrapping is done by hand from our Edinburgh studio.

After you’ve ordered, all you need to do is message us via Etsy with your chosen images, in the best resolution you have, and we will take care of the rest!

It may be necessary to send images over two separate messages (Etsy currently can only allow a maximum of three attachments per message) which is absolutely fine.

If you have any problems with sending your photos, we will always get in touch with you to help.

While we can work with nearly any image, we want your locket to look its best! So we will always let you know if your image isn’t working out, and give you the opportunity to send another.

It’s useful for us to have a little background, so faces which are very closely cropped might not look the best in the locket. For our TINY lockets, please avoid group photos (stick to a maximum of two people per photo).
