Do you supply proofs?

We supply proofs for the Map Prints and bespoke orders. For all other items we are unable to provide a proof of the item before it is made as they are made directly onto the product and therefore once made cannot be changed.

Are your items eligible for return?

All of our items are made to order in our Studio. Our non-personalised prints are eligible for return if they are returned to us in their original condition. Please note the cost of return lies with the customer. However, all of our other items are NOT ELIGIBLE for a return or exchange. So please be sure to read the listing descriptions and to check sizing and colours etc. before purchase.

We are based in Wales, UK. We ship around the world.

How long will it take to receive an order from you?

This depends on the items you have purchased and where it is being shipped to. Our processing time to make each item is shown within each listing and shipping depends on the shipping method you have selected but it should give you an ESTIMATED delivery date at checkout when purchasing. Please note we are only in control of our dispatch timeframe and not the Estimated delivery timeframe given by the mail companies or if it is delayed by customs.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

Yes - We have Tracked upgrades available to select at checkout. Please note these are from dispatch and not from the order date so the processing time still applies.

How do I add my personalised details?

Please add the required personalised details in the 'Add your personalisation' box when ordering.

Can I have a bespoke order, such as a different size print or custom designed book cover made?

Yes - All of our items are custom made to order so if you would like something different to the designs shown in our store get in touch with us for a quote.

What are your last order dates for Christmas delivery 2025?

Please place your order by the dates below and before 12pm (midday). UK * Free Standard Shipping: 15th December * Tracked 24 Shipping: 18th December USA * Free Standard Shipping: 1st December * Tracked Shipping: 5th December Rest of the World * Free Standard Shipping: 24th November * Tracked Shipping: 1st December We recommend selecting tracked shipping, as postal companies prioritise tracked parcels in December. Please remember that all delivery times are estimated, and international customs may cause delays. Ordering early gives the best chance of Christmas arrival. We are responsible for processing and dispatch, but postal delays are outside our control. Orders placed after the cut-off dates will likely arrive after New Year.
