I bought the pendant and asked to make the hoop slightly smaller as I thought the original hoop looked a bit big in comparison with the pendant, to me that was a good decision because it looks more in proportion now. The pendant is the right size, as said by others. Based on the item picture I had expected it to be thicker than it is, it is quite thin (not even 1mm) and is light weight. I ordered it in brushed which still looks a bit shiny (in daylight) and at some parts. I am very happy with the fact that the pendant is light weight, you even forget that it is there (which is a good thing as I don't like feeling like a christmass tree :-) so I can wear it every day or on a regular basis.
