We make dresses and other garments according to customer’s individual measurements, minimizing the amount of future alterations. Send us a message and we’ll reach out to you shortly with our detailed measurements list and a photo guide on how to take them. We recommend having them taken by a professional but you can also ask a friend to measure you carefully according to our guide. Even if you were measured by a professional, different seamstresses and tailors may have different methods of measuring that may influence the fit, so please try to follow our examples. Please note, body measurements are not always equal to garment measurements. There are ±few cm for design features, fabric stretching, or allowance for potential alterations

Custom and personalized orders

Considering that our gowns are made-to-order, it is possible to customize them in various ways to meet the preferences of brides. Among common customizations are changing the type of fabric, color, neckline shape, sleeves, silhouette, etc. Send us a message and we’ll reach out to you shortly to confirm the possibility or suggest alternative options. We do custom gowns on the basis of dresses from our collections. With our custom gown service, you can choose a silhouette, fabrics, and combine details from our collections that resonate with your heart.

Gift wrapping and packaging

You'll receive your garment carefully packaged in two boxes.

We ship worldwide using safe express delivery only like DHL Express, UPS or FedEx. Estimated shipping time: 1 week (USA, UK, Australia, Canada, European countries, etc.) Sometimes shipping can be longer due to customs delays, remote area destinations, weather conditions or holidays. Please note that shipment may be subject to duty and tax collected by a recipient's country customs.

Fabric swatches (fabric samples)

We recommend ordering fabric swatches before placing your main dress order to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the color and texture of the materials that will be used for your future gown as their appearance may vary depending on screen, photo retouching, type of light, and other parameters. This step is entirely optional, but it’s a great idea if you have time. You can choose between two shipping time options: 10 or 20 days. Production time and rush order

All garments are made to order. Standard production time: 10 weeks. We recommend ordering at least 4-6 months prior to the wedding in reason to have time for alterations if needed. If you need to receive your gown sooner than our standard time, we offer the Expedited production service (rush order) — prioritized faster production time for an additional charge. Returns and exchanges

At the moment, all items are final sale and not available for return, which is why we urge you to go back through the description and photos to make sure the dress is something you truly want. All of our products are tailored to unique measurements and cannot be resold. We do not keep pre-made stock dresses in standard sizing, as we believe in delivering a truly personalized experience. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your garments and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that a made-to-measure dress without a try-on during production is considered an adapted size and does not guarantee absolutely perfect fit which can be achieved only with in-person fittings. Due to that fact, you still may need alterations after receiving your garment. Plan a budget considering possible alteration costs. Alterations may be needed because the measurements list can’t fully represent all features and proportions of the body; measurements may be taken a bit off; body parameters may fluctuate after taking measurements; some silhouettes fit differently depending on the body type, etc. However, in most orders, our brides are happy with the fit and don’t need alteration at all.

Fabric options | Silk- or poly-based material

Both materials look similar, matching in color, thickness, and shine, and can be substituted for each other without noticeable changes in look. Poly-based fabrics are budget-friendly, easy to care for, durable, vegan, and wrinkle-resistant. We source a premium fabric blend with viscose and elastane that mimics the look and feel of natural silk, ensuring comfort. However, poly fabrics are considered less sustainable, though we do our best to offset that and minimize waste by producing made-to-order garments and even using the smallest fabric scraps for making buttons. Silk is a luxurious, sustainable, breathable natural fiber, therefore it's more expensive, delicate, prone to wrinkling, and requires professional care. It’s also non-vegan.

Thank you so much Daria, the dress is incredible. I truly could not be happier, it is exactly as pictured. For anyone who is on the fence with purchasing, I don’t think you have anything to worry about - Daria’s work and materials are very high quality. She even left a little extra room for me in the bust area, as I wasn’t sure how far down it would drape - this will allow for very easy alterations. It even arrived several weeks earlier than expected! I can’t wait to wear on my wedding day, and I’m so glad I came here rather than paying the huge mark ups at bridal stores!! I was so excited for my dress to arrive but it is probably two sizes two big in the bodice despite sending my measurements. I’ll update this review once I have a tailor look at it and see if it can be altered enough to fit me. Fingers crossed! Great service up to that point though.
