Please let us know when you need your order when placing it and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A digital proof will be messaged to you through Etsy in about 2 business days from when your order is placed. You must reply with your approval, verifying that everything looks good and is spelled correctly. After we receive your approval of the proof we will move your order forward to production. A delay in your approval may postpone your delivery day. We may also try to contact you directly by email (customerservice@foryourparty.com) from our main site. We will keep your order on hold for up to two weeks, orders without approval will be canceled.

RETURN POLICY:
Personalized products are non-returnable as we are custom-making this for you. Please make sure you carefully review your order.

ForYourParty.com is not responsible for customers' typographic errors or for colors that do not match your computer screen or mobile device and cannot accept returns on personalized items.

If you have a question regarding your received order, please email or message us within 7 days of receipt and have your order number ready for reference.

Our products are warranted against faulty workmanship or materials and we will replace them if we are in error by reprinting and re-shipping your order at no cost to you.

ForYourParty.com is not responsible for any consequential damages as a result of an error or late delivery due to shipping carriers’ delays or acts of nature. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the personalized product we manufactured.

CANCELATIONS

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order; however, because each product is personalized just for you, we cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has been submitted. We will review your request and do our best to accommodate it. Please note that personalized items cannot be canceled if your order has already entered the printing or shipping stage.
Depending on the status of your order in production, the following non-refundable fees may apply:
- $10 typesetting fee (as this is the first step in personalizing your item)
- $10 cutting fee, if your item is made from our specialty papers and cutting has occurred
- $15 proof fee for each proof provided, if you uploaded custom artwork or requested a proof
For orders placed on hold prior to cancellation, a fee will be applied based on the duration the order remained on hold after proofing. If an order is canceled after being on hold for 1 week post-proofing, a fee of 10% of the product value will be charged, in addition to any applicable production fees. For each additional week the order is on hold, an extra 10% fee will be incurred (e.g., 20% after 2 weeks, 30% after 3 weeks, 40% after 4 weeks, and so on).
Please note, this policy does not apply to cancellations due to products or colors being out of stock.
