The leather used for our bags and sandals may be irregular in terms of color and texture due to its natural characteristics and the artisan dying progress. General care - Handle with care, avoid contact with water. Do not expose excessively to sunlight and heat.

When is the customer responsible for paying customs with his order?

Any customer who orders our products outside the Europian Union is responsible for any extra charge on costs from customs.

What is the procedure if i want to exchange the product?

You should contact me within the next 5 days of receiving the product, and you must also send me the product back the next two weeks. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the costs for shipping the new product. The customer is also responsible for the inport and export customs. The product must be in its original contition like the one was delivered to you or else it will not be acceptable.

What is the procedure if i want to return the product?
