Unfortunately customer didn't give me a chance to help her with this issue. Every customer get my help and consultation about work with digital templates in 24 hours. Yes, you can't edit this on mobile phone. You should edit on computer or use desktop mode in your mobile browser. This was clearly provided in the item details and images.
