Ensure your jewellery is kept tangle free and fastened to prevent wear and tear. Keeping on a jewellery tree or in jewellery storage bag is advised. Always remove your jewellery when in contact with water – showering, swimming, bathing and not forgetting when you apply body Some jewelleries are prone to oxidise if left uncovered for several days.

Shipping refunds, Missing Packages & Undelivered Items

“Unless customers indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address they have on file with ETSY /Paypal. Please check address prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. Most of our jewelleries & The earring are mostly made out of Alloys. It is the responsibility of the customer to find and check on their allergies before hand. PraNi CollectioNs will not be responsible in any way or other for any such reactions or allergies.

Any order’s ( domestic or international) received after 2.00 pm GMT on a Friday will be dispatched/ posted on the following Monday only.
