The final necklace is okay, but the overall buying experience was highly frustrating. I ordered this on April 27th for a special anniversary on May 10th. Because of incredibly slow response times from the seller in our chats, the item didn’t even ship until May 21st, and I didn't receive it until June 1st. I understood having to pay extra for additional letters, but I also paid an extra $20 for Express Shipping. Waiting over a month is not express service. It seems the shipping/shop location isn't entirely clear upfront, which severely impacted the timeline. The product itself is fine, but the customer service and communication need major improvement.
Very helpful and personalized. Made sure it was what I wanted every step.
Awesome necklace. Second time buying from this shop and I plan to get the next one whenever we have our next child. Thanks for making good products!
