I do not sell dolls, as my main job demands the majority of my time. You will only find the doll clothing patterns for sale here. Thanks for understanding!

May I sell clothes made using your patterns?

Yes, under the condition that you credit this Etsy shop on your listings or photo descriptions. For example, please say "Clothes made using patterns from Dollightful. https://www.etsy.com/shop/DollightfulPatterns " RE-SALE OF THE PATTERN ITSELF IS PROHIBITED.

How to print the patterns?

Each pattern comes as a PDF in the letter-sized format (US). However, it can easily be printed on A4 paper without any issues. Print at %100. In other words, no border (do not check the "scale to fit" option). Measure the ruler printed on the paper to confirm it is the correct size.

I'm a fan! Can I have advice on [doll-related-question]?

I love and appreciate the enthusiasm, but I'd prefer to keep my Etsy conversations strictly business-related, as I already juggle so many other platforms concerning Dollightful. If your question DOES NOT pertain to a listing, I'm sorry, but I simply cannot answer fan messages here on Etsy. (sorry!) I already juggle so many other platforms concerning Dollightful--thank you for understanding, and respecting my time as well. I bought the patterns, but can't download them. Help!

Sometimes Etsy hiccups when people check out as a 'Guest'--message me with proof of your purchase and we'll get it sorted out!

With this pattern fit (Barbie/Blythe/RH/etc)?

All of my patterns fit Monster High dolls Generation 1 and Generation 3. Some patterns fit even more dolls than that! Check individual listings for more information on what patterns fit which dolls (the color-coded sizes can be found in the 1st image of every listing, as well as the description box). As for whether or not my patterns fit other dolls? Well, without trying them on every doll in existance, I can't know for certain. They certainly would not fit a Barbie, for example. These patterns also do not scale up to human size.

Best pattern for beginners?

Each listing's first image shows the difficulty in the bottom right corner of the photo. I offer Easy, Medium, and Hard patterns. For newbies, I would recommend my Standard Dress pattern. However, please be warned that every pattern I sell comes with the disclaimer: "Basic sewing knowledge and terminology is recommended for using this pattern."

We are always working to create more patterns, but my main job demands the majority of my time. I have a couple things in the pipeline, but I can't promise they'll be out any time soon. So many projects, so little time!

Will your patterns fit the new Gen3 Monster High dolls?

YES! The shop has undergone a HUGE update as of September 1st, 2024-- ALL patterns now fit Monster High Gen 1 AND Gen 3 dolls. Check individual listings for specifics.
