Returns and exchange details when item is broken because of postal services or courier companies fault

Not to worry, we will sort out this as quickly as possible, so you will need to fill out short report and we will give you full refund or will send you a new item!

Returns and exchange details when you decided you do not like the item

It is fine. People do change their mind. Happens… We will happily take your item back within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please note: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When item is considered lost

Item is considered lost (subject to change according to RM regulations): UK - 35 working days after estimated delivery date EU - 35 working days after estimated delivery date. USA/Canada - 35 working days after estimated delivery date.

How to return the item?

Please inform us by sending us a message on Etsy. Please provide with your name surname, purchase details (order number, order date, reason for return). We will send you the return address and you just need to post the item back. Returns postage charges are paid by buyer. Item must come in same condition as posted: with not damaged retail box, manual and, of course, brand new item as it was posted to you.

We are dispatching our orders timely as given on estimated processing times (affected orders will be informed), however please keep in mind that delivery delays are expected and it is very likely your order might not arrive on time. Estimated delivery dates on Etsy: please keep in mind that those dates are guidance only. Delivery delays are likely and will depend on postal and couriers company network (couriers are no longer guaranteeing timely delivery, however such orders are prioritised) occupancy and resources during pandemic. We are using various couriers and national postal services to post our items to you.

We will issue full refund or a replacement at our own expense if the item is not delivered due to postal services fault.

Unclaimed / wrong delivery address / refused items

Most of these items are posted back to us. If that is the case you can choose redelivery or refund (if the item is not personalised, personalised items are none returnable). Redelivery: As per EU consumer rights you will have to cover second postage costs (the actual cost to post your item, depends on the item weight). Refund for unclaimed/wrongly addressed: (If item is not personalised) You can opt for refund. The moneys (minus initial postage cost) will be refunded to your original payment method. This covers only unclaimed and wrong delivery address parcels and does not impact your return rights.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Delivery delays during pandemic

Deliveries to most of the countries do have some or significant delays. There is no guaranteed delivery service available until further notice. However express courier deliveries are prioritised by countries postal services and IF delayed - it is usually no longer than couple of days (USA, UK via Fedex, EU via GLS). No records of lost parcels.
